LO1: P1 & P2

A camera dolly is a piece of equipment which has wheels and is used to create smooth camera shots. The camera gets mounted to the dolly and moves along a track in order to create horizontal panning shots.
A jib has a camera on one end of it and then a counterweight on the other side. It is used in order to lift a camera from a low shooting position to a high shooting position. This means that you can get a shot which moves smoothly both horizontally and vertically.
A Drone is operated through a remote control or through an app on a smartphone. Filming with a drone means you can get aerial shots which allow for perspective and scale.

A shoulder mount is a piece of equipment that allows for the camera to be balanced on the user's shoulder. This allows for more control and prevents shaking as it is stabilised so shots are smooth.
